I couldn't have hoped for a better house clearance experience. Simon responded very quickly for a request to quote and fitted in the work to suit my diary. He worked collaboratively with me over the two days to keep a few things back so that I could continue to use the house overnight. I was delighted that he recycled and gave as much to charity shops as he could - and he presented his Waste Carrier's Licence without being asked. He and his team were nice to have around the house, they worked really hard and cleaned up afterwards. Overall it made a difficult job very easy for me.

I can't speak highly enough of Simon at Highcliffe House Clearance. Last year I had to clear both my own and my parents home at short notice. Simon was very professional, listened carefully to me and understood the importance of dealing with my parents possessions respectfully and sensitively, everything that could be recycled was. Simon and his team provided an excellent, fast clearance of some difficult furniture during the recent sale of my mothers house.

They were brilliant. They worked quickly and carefully ensuring all items were removed with due care and attention.

I will definitely use Simon again and can thoroughly recommend his services. A+++

We were recommended to use Highcliffe House Clearance by two seperate people, and we weren't disappointed.
Simon and his team did an outstanding job in clearing all the things from my mother's house.
There was a house and garage full of items that needed clearing and it was a full day's work. They were very thorough and diligent, and cleared the house just as they had described they would. They vacuumed each room afterwards and left the property in a very tidy state.
We were very pleased and grateful for what they did, and would recommend them to others.

This is not just a house clearance company, but a complete personal service from start to finish. Simon looked after everything for us and did an amazing job. The property was left exceptionally tidy and the clearance was done with care and sensitivity. You can feel completely confident that Simon will look after all of the details for you, he was a pleasure to deal with.

Competitively priced service, well judged for time needed to complete the clearance of my mother's home. Simon and his father were careful and hardworking, also patient and sympathetic at a difficult time for me. Also they made every effort to send items for resale, re-use, recycling or to charity where possible. Clear communication and very good standard of paperwork for estimate and invoicing. Highly recommended.
